LegalResumeBlaster does not recommend that you apply directly to companies unless you have a contact within the Firm already or know for sure there is an opening in your targeted area or expertise. We do recommend that you work directly with Recruiters and post your resume on as many “targeted” websites as much as possible. Both recruiters and companies search these job board websites searching for candidates. Once you apply directly with a company, a recruiter can NOT help you. Most of the job postings on these websites are from a recruiter, not the direct company.
